  金昌海,男,1963年8月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。现任扬州大学科技处副处长。中国农业工程学会农产品加工与贮藏分会常务理事、中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会常务理事、中国食品科学技术学会果蔬加工分会理事、扬州市人民政府农业经济专家顾问组成员。1994年至2001年留学日本获得硕士和博士学位,2001年回国至今在扬州大学从事教学科研工作。主要研究领域为果蔬采后生理与分子生物学、农产品贮藏与加工、农产品资源综合开发利用。先后主持承担国家自然科学基金、“十一五”国家科技支撑计划(子项目)、江苏省自然科学基金等科研项目10余项,主持省部级教改项目6项(含子课题),获江苏省科技进步二等奖1项(参加)。先后在《Journal of Food Processing and Preservation》、《Food Preservation Science》、《植物生理与分子生物学学报》等刊物发表学术论文30余篇。主讲本科生《农产品贮藏学》、《食品酶学》、和硕士生《现代食品生物技术》、《果蔬采后生理与分子生物学》等课程。
