阚娟,女,1980 11月生,博士,副教授。 2005年至今在扬州大学从事教学科研工作。主要研究领域为农产品贮藏与加工、果蔬采后生理与分子生物学,曾在美国佛罗里达大学(UF)从事合作研究与学术访问。先后主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金以及江苏省高校自然科学基金等研究项目,指导大学生科技创新基金2项。先后参与多项国家、省级科研项目。先后在《Acta Physiologiae Plantarum》、《Journal of Horticultural Science & Biotechnology》《Agricultural Sciences in China》、《Journal of Food Processing and Preservation》等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文20余篇。主讲《食品酶学》、《食品安全保藏学》、《农产品安全贮藏学》以及《分子生物学》等课程。
