  刘俊,男,19832月生,江苏扬州人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象、校“高端人才支持计划拔尖人才成长计划培养对象、校“新世纪人才工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。2001-2005年就读于南京农业大学食品科技学院生物工程专业,获工学学士学位;2005-2010年就读于南京农业大学食品科技学院生物工程专业糖生物工程方向,获理学博士学位;2010年至今在扬州大学旅游烹饪(食品科学与工程)学院从事教学科研工作;2016.7-2017.7,美国罗格斯大学环境与生物科学学院访问学者。主讲“食品毒理学”、“食品工厂规划与设计”等课程,主持校教学改革研究课题1项,先后获校中青年教师讲课比赛二等奖、校优秀本科毕业论文指导教师、校优秀教学奖二等奖、校优秀教学成果奖二等奖等。主要研究领域为功能活性多糖以及多糖-多酚接枝共聚物等。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各1项,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目和江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目各1项,指导江苏省大学生创新创业训练计划项目和省研究生培养创新工程项目各2项。2011年,博士学位论文被评为江苏省优秀博士论文。已在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Bioresource Technology》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Food and Chemical Toxicology》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》和《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》等国际刊物发表第一作者、通讯作者SCI论文共计22篇,其中ESI高引论文1篇,论文累计影响因子71.8,被他引次数300余次。
