Our teachers were invited to participate in the Italian cooking training program

Italian cooking training was held in Shanghai on July 5-6 under the auspices of the Italian Foreign Trade Council. Three teachers from our school, Li Xiangrui, Xu Zhicheng and Yang Yiran, were invited to participate in this activity.

In May this year, the School and the Shanghai Representative Office of the Italian Foreign Trade Commission jointly launched the Italian cooking education project, and set up the Offline Workshop of Italian cooking education in the school. This culinary training activity is also part of the Italian culinary education program, mainly for culinary educators to carry out special training. To this end, the organizer invited experts in the field of relevant ingredients to give special lectures, and invited Riccardo La Perna, chef of Otto E Mezzo Bombana, a Two-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in Shanghai, to give a cooking demonstration and instruction. The dishes displayed in the activity are original and unique, integrating food and art, showing the authentic Italian "gluttonous feast" for students.
