Three of our scientific and technological achievements won the science and Technology Award and Innovation Award of 2021 by China Chamber of Commerce

 

On December 29, 2021, China Chamber of Commerce announced the selection results of 2021 China Chamber of Commerce Science and Technology Award and Service Industry Technology Innovation Award. Our institute has won 3 scientific and technological achievements, including 2 first prizes and 1 second prize.

Professor Yang Zhenquan's "Key technology and Application of Green Prevention and control of multiple pathogenic (rot) Bacteria in Large-scale Processing of Chinese food" and Associate Professor Rao Shengqi's "Key Technology and Application of Screening and Preparation of Natural Antibacterial and Anti-stress Functional Ingredients" won the first prize of National Business Science and Technology Progress Award respectively.

Professor Meng Xiangren's "One Hundred Years of Huaiyang Cuisine -- An Oral History of Non-genetic Inheritors of Yangzhou Cooking Skills" won the second prize of the 13th China Chamber of Commerce Innovation Award in Service Industry.

This award represents a new breakthrough in the field of Chinese food science and technology innovation and cultural heritage, and further expands the academic influence of the university.
