Zhou Aidong
Zhou Aidong, male, 1969, lecturer. Senior Chinese cook technician, tea technician, tea technician, national professional skill appraisal senior appraiser. From 2008 to 2009, he was a professor at South Korea Kyung Bak University.
Mainly engaged in culinary science, cultural direction of research. Main courses: Chinese cooking technology, food design, banquet design and management, tea appreciation and Chinese tea culture.
