Liang Zhang

Liang Zhang

Liang Zhang, who is a Ph.D, graduated from South China University of Technology and majored in Starch Resources Science and Technology. She has been to Monash University as a Joint-Ph.D student in Australia for 1 year during 2013.10-2014.10. She has published 12 papers as the first author, among which, 9 papers were published on SCI journals, the cumulative IF is over 30. She has presided 6 projects, which are Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province (BK20160467), Yangzhou Basic Research Project (Natural Science Foundation) (YZ2016105), Science and Technology Innovation Foundation of Yangzhou University (2017CXJ109) and so on. She teaches Food Machinery and Equipment, and Curriculum Design of Food Machinery and Equipment.
