Research Interests
Current research in the lab is focused on edible and medicinal fungi including several projects: 1) taxonomy and phylogenetics of species that collected from Tibetan Plateau; 2) a population genomic study of the important Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ophiocordyceps sinensis; 3) isolation and identification of functional oligosaccharides and secondary metabolites.
