Introduction of the course :

This course aims to develop and provide students with cooking scientific knowledge, as well as basic knowledge and practical ability in food hygiene, nutrition and preventive medicine knowledge . It aims to equip students with relevant research ability in food hygiene and nutrition.

Introduction of Food hygiene and nutrition, basica theory of medical foundation, inorganic chemistry and analytic chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, instrument analysis, cooking materials, nutrition physiology, nutrition physiology experiment, basic theory of nutriology, food inspection, functional foods, food safety and hygiene, toxicology, dietetics, life stage nutrition, food standards and pathology, clinical nutiriton, Chinese medicinal diet, food quality control m preventive medicine, community nutriology, health statistics experiment, nutrition physiology,theory and application of immunology and  Western-style food production.
