The training courses will focus on the skill practice and improvement of 8 classic Chinese styles food production. Professors and masters in our school will be invited to give lectures and directions, to demonstrate and practice, to have professional training and observation. The curriculum setting will mainly put emphasis on demonstration and practical operation.
