This training project is set to meet the needs of the catering industries home and abroad. The trainees, with the training and learning of the courses about managers’ qualities, professional qualities and professional practices, are supposed to have a quick mastery of the core knowledge of Chinese food industry management. To put the knowledge into practice will enable the Chinese food industry’s managers abroad to promote themselves in analytical ability, decision-making ability and executive ability cultivation, which will pave the way for establishing a team of high-level catering industry managers available for further development of overseas Chinese food industries.
