 教师简介：周文渊，博士，2018年毕业于华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院，获食品科学与工程（食品质量与安全）专业工学博士学位。长期从事食源性微生物耐药性检测及其基因组序列分析。在Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy，Veterinary Microbialogy等期刊发表第一作者论文5篇。
